Why most buyers only see the deals everyone sees
Sourcing the usual way is slow, crowded and expensive, and your best people end up spending their time on pipeline instead of deals.
You're sourcing instead of doing deals
Every hour spent building lists and chasing owners is an hour not spent evaluating and closing.
Banked deals are auctions
By the time a banker brings you a company, other buyers have seen it too, and it's priced for competition.
Databases don't start conversations
Data platforms tell you which companies exist. Someone still has to reach the owner.
An in-house sourcing hire takes time
Recruiting, training and managing a sourcing analyst takes months before the first owner conversation.
Banker-led deals arrive as auctions
By the time a banker sends the teaser, every other buyer has it too, and the price reflects that.
Referrals come in waves
Deal flow that depends on who you know slows down whenever those relationships go quiet.
We look for owners before they decide to sell
Most owners never list their business. The signs that one might be open to a conversation are usually public, if someone reads them. We do, so the owners we contact first are the ones most likely to talk.

A brief on every company before we reach out
AI reads each target's public pages and turns them into a short brief, so every conversation starts from what the company actually says about itself.A signal is a reason to reach out, not a sale
Plenty of owners who fit every signal aren't ready to sell. The conversation is how we find out, and that's the part we do ourselves.Owner conversations, without doing the sourcing yourself
We run origination for you, from the target list to the first call with an owner.
You work deals, we work the list
We handle list building and outreach. You step in when an owner is ready to talk.
Reach owners before a banker does
We contact owners who haven't started a sale process, so you're not bidding against a room.
A target list built for your thesis
Sector, size, geography and ownership. Every company is checked against your criteria before anyone is contacted.
Multi-channel outreach
We reach owners ourselves, on your behalf, rather than waiting for them to come to market.
Monthly retainer, plus a success fee.
The retainer covers the search and the outreach. The success fee is paid only when you complete a deal with an owner we introduced.
Context before every call
You get what we learned about the owner, including timing, succession and appetite, before you speak to them.
Which of these describes you?
Add-on targets, reached before they're banked.
Your add-on pipeline depends on what comes in.
What changesWe work your add-on criteria systematically, owner by owner.
Banked add-ons arrive already priced for competition.
What changesWe reach owners before a sale process starts.
Corp dev time goes on outreach instead of integration.
What changesYour team steps in once an owner wants to talk.
Deal flow without a fund's sourcing team.
There's no sourcing team behind you.
What changesWe act as your origination function.
Capital partners want a real deal, not a thesis.
What changesYou bring them a live conversation with an owner.
Every week spent sourcing is a week not closing.
What changesOutreach keeps running while you work the deals in hand.
Owner conversations for your search.

Brokered listings have been picked over.
What changesWe reach owners who haven't listed their business.
Your search has a clock on it.
What changesOutreach runs every week, including while you're in diligence.
Proprietary flow alongside your banker coverage.
Most of what you see comes through intermediaries.
What changesWe open conversations directly with founder-owners.
Auctions mean paying up.
What changesYou're talking to owners before a process sets the terms.
Sourcing competes with portfolio work.
What changesOrigination runs without pulling your deal team off live deals.
Owners who value continuity, found and approached for you.
You want to own businesses for the long term.
What changesWe look for owners thinking about succession, not a quick exit.
You don't have a deal team built for outbound.
What changesWe run the outreach and bring you the conversations.
Banked deals go to the highest bidder.
What changesA direct conversation lets you make the case for your capital, not just your price.
Our deal origination process
Four steps, fully managed.
- 1
We agree your thesis
Sector, size, geography and ownership profile: the companies you would actually buy.
- 2
We build the target list
Company by company, from primary sources, and checked against your criteria before anyone is contacted.
- 3
We reach the owners
Directly, through a multi-channel approach, on your behalf. We learn where each owner stands on timing, succession and appetite.
- 4
We introduce you
You get the owner on a call, along with what we learned about them first. You run the conversation from there.
Questions buyers ask first
How do you charge?
A monthly retainer, plus a success fee if you complete a deal with an owner we introduced. The terms depend on your mandate: how many searches you want and where.
What counts as an introduction?
A call between you and an owner who fits the thesis we agreed and has said they're willing to talk. We tell you what we learned before you get on the call.
How is this different from a database subscription?
A database gives you names. We build the list for your thesis and then do the outreach, so what reaches you is a conversation rather than a row to work through.
Whose name do you reach owners under?
We agree it with you at the start. Some buyers want to be named from the first contact; others prefer we open the conversation before introducing them.
Where are the companies you reach?
In the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.
